                                                              The branch of mathematics in which geometrical problem are solved through algebra by using the co-ordinate system, is known as co-ordinate geometry or analytical geometry.


Algebraical Representation of a Point : It is done by means of two numbers define in a particular way called co-ordinates of the point.
